DIY Ornament Kits

Below are painted examples and more information on how to complete your Mini Gather Box.

Before painting, dry-fit all wooden pieces.
Place the clear sticky square on your work surface to hold the small pieces while painting.
Use one sponge piece for each paint color. Use the paintbrush for details.
Use the paint-mixing paper and mixing stick to blend colors. Add a little water to create a stain or soft shadows, if desired.
Paint each wooden piece and allow everything to dry completely.
Arrange all the dry pieces on the ornament base again and check their placement before gluing.
Once you’re happy with the layout, use the toothpick to apply small dots of glue to the pieces you’re layering.
Press pieces gently into place and allow glue to dry.
Add the twine, hang and enjoy your creation!
